The International Preparatory College of Hebei University of Foreign Studies is specialized in the preparatory education of foreign universities, offering international research programs in winter/summer vacation, international class programs, undergraduate preparatory courses, master preparatory courses, etc. At present, there are more than 50 vacation research projects, and the international class projects involve 8 majors, 11 classes and 123 students. Hebei Foreign Studies University, located in Shijiazhuang, the capital of Hebei Province, is the only private undergraduate foreign language university in Hebei Province. Its predecessor is Shijiazhuang Vocational College of Foreign Language Translation, which was founded in 1998. In 2012, it was upgraded to an undergraduate university and renamed Hebei Foreign Studies University.
