This project team has had multiple exchanges and collaborations with the Luige team, and jointly established the "Zhongluo Intelligent Rehabilitation Robot Joint Laboratory". Both parties have a strong trust foundation and a mature technical communication and exchange mechanism. Both parties have been researching in the field of rehabilitation robots for many years and have strong technical capabilities. Wang Hongbo's project team has successfully obtained product certificates for lower limb rehabilitation robots, as well as other equipment product certificates related to the health field, with rich practical experience. The project initiator has undertaken and successfully completed multiple national and provincial level scientific research projects. As the head of the cooperative unit, he has undertaken the National 863 Plan project and the National Support Plan project. He has presided over the National International Science and Technology Cooperation Special Project for Science and Technology Assistance to Developing Countries, the National Natural Science Foundation Project, the Hebei Provincial Natural Science Foundation Project, and the Higher Education Doctoral Program Special Research Fund Project High level talent funding projects in Hebei Province, etc. I have done a lot of research work in the field of rehabilitation robots and fully possess the theoretical foundation of this project's research. The solution is to estimate the movement intention based on biomechanical signals and electromyography (sEMG) signals, establish the kinematics relationship between physiological signals and human limbs, judge the human movement trend, and estimate the real-time psychological information of patients based on the linear and nonlinear classification technology of biomechanical signals and physiological signals. The expected completion goal is to propose practical and reliable solutions for the key common issues of how to accurately perceive human-machine interaction force perception information and predict human limb motion intentions in rehabilitation robots. Breakthroughs are made in key technologies such as multi finger arbitrary combination coordination rehabilitation training, design and optimization of human-machine motion compatibility mechanisms, precise perception of human-machine interaction force perception information and prediction of finger motion intentions, and the design has active passive and teaching muscle strength training functions, An elderly muscle strength training robot that can achieve online diagnosis of human limb and trunk muscle strength. The project aims to conduct further research on sitting and lying lower limb rehabilitation robots, finger rehabilitation robots, and elderly muscle strength training robots based on previous collaborations with Professor Luige, in order to ensure the industrial transformation of robots. Currently, there are over 40 million disabled and semi disabled elderly people in China. Addressing the most basic daily care issues for the elderly in this group has become a "bottleneck" issue for the advancement of China's "healthy aging" cause. Facing the needs of limb rehabilitation training for patients with physical disabilities and muscle strength training for semi disabled elderly, research is being conducted on limb disability patient training and semi disabled elderly life assistance robots suitable for families, hospitals, and elderly care institutions, It has become the only way to solve the problem of the health of the disabled and the aging of the population in China. The "Made in China 2025" and the "Guiding Opinions of the General Office of the State Council on Promoting the Healthy Development of the Pharmaceutical Industry" also clearly point out the key tasks of vigorously promoting medical health, accelerating the transformation and upgrading of medical devices to the middle and high-end, and constantly meeting the multi-level and diversified health needs of the people.
