The development of keratoconus can be controlled through corneal cross-linking surgery, but the mechanism is still unclear and the effect cannot be quantified. Further research is needed to understand the mechanism and further improve the plan. The expected goal is to gain further understanding of keratoconus cross-linking surgery through this study, elucidate relevant changes from the molecular mechanism, and obtain more data support for optimizing this treatment method.
