Sintering machine is one of the main equipment in the metallurgical industry. Sintering machine is suitable for the sintering operation of large black metallurgical sintering plants. It is the main equipment in the suction sintering process, which can sinter different components and particle sizes of concentrate powder and rich ore powder into blocks, and partially eliminate harmful impurities such as sulfur and phosphorus contained in the ore. During the production process of sintering machines, a large amount of smoke containing harmful substances and dust is generated. In order to achieve standard emissions, it is necessary to carry out treatment. Wet electrostatic precipitator, abbreviated as WESP, is a new type of dust removal equipment used to treat trace amounts of dust and fine particles. It is mainly used to remove harmful substances such as dust, acid mist, aerosols, PM2.5, etc. from humid gases. It is an ideal equipment for treating fine particles and dust pollution in exhaust gas.
Wet electrostatic precipitator has the advantages of high dust removal efficiency, low pressure loss, simple operation, low energy consumption, no moving parts, no secondary dust, low maintenance cost, short production downtime, being able to work below the dew point temperature of flue gas, being able to combine with other flue gas treatment equipment due to its compact structure, and diverse design forms. The wet electrostatic precipitator uses liquid to wash the surface of the dust collector for dust removal, which can effectively collect fine particles (PM2.5 dust, SO3 acid mist, aerosols), heavy metals (Hg, As, Se, Pb, Cr), organic pollutants (polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, dioxins), etc. The project goal is to use a wet electrostatic precipitator to achieve a smoke and dust discharge of less than 5mg/m3 in the wet flue gas.
