Visiting professor allowance is RMB 10000 to 15000 per person per month, paid based on actual working hours. The performance allowance shall be paid by the research group (or department, hospital) based on the approved project or project situation. 2. Provide temporary housing for free. 3. Provide necessary laboratory and office space. 4. Provide round-trip travel expenses to our hospital every year according to work needs.
